Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

VUKMAL TRADE S.L.U., hereinafter CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and that it is responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on said social networks. The USER is informed that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD). Therefore, the following information about the processing is provided:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER which may include the following operations:

• Handling requests and inquiries submitted to the controller
• Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller
• Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
• Interacting through official profiles

On what legal basis can we process your personal data?

Legal basis of processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published there. Therefore, by requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER grants consent for the processing of those personal data published on their profile.

The USER may at any time access the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The CONTROLLER has access to and processes only the USER’s public information, in particular their contact name. These data are only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a CONTROLLER’s file when necessary to handle the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom will we disclose your personal data?

Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER, and may thus be publicly available to other third-party social network users. From the settings of each social network, the USER can choose what information to make public in each case, review granted permissions, delete them, or disable them, just like with any third-party application that is no longer desired.

No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, in which case to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements in compliance with the applicable privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights available to the USER: these can only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

• Right to withdraw consent at any time
• Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

• Access to public information of the profile
• Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
• Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels
• Status updates of the page that will be posted on the USER’s profile

The USER may always control their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.

3. POSTS

The USER, once they become a follower or join the CONTROLLER’s social network, may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyrights and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network is expressly prohibited, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that are or could be considered offensive to morals, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law.

In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.

The USER should bear in mind that their posts will be known to other users, and therefore they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited to persons under 14 years of age. In the case of USERS with special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative through a valid document proving representation, will be required.

The CONTROLLER is expressly released from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
